• I will provide you with a list of homes that meet your criteria so that together we can identify which houses to view
• We will go shopping and revisit homes that meet your short list
• I will prepare all the required paperwork and submit an Offer to Purchase
• I can provide  you with a list of lawyers and mortgage brokers/specialists and home inspectors in the area if you do not already have them. I do recommend you talk to a mortgage specialist, broker or bank, to get mortgage pre-approval prior to your house hunting trip.  This way there will be no disappointments with your offer to purchase due to financial approvals.
